Responsibilities

Requests and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via communication with account holder

Follows established guidelines to review and update account status

Maintains log of payment promises and pertinent account details, schedules follow-up communication with account holder

Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers

Provides timely and accurate response to customer inquiries and to our overseas agents

Follows corporate guidelines when addressing customer inquiries regarding shipments

Escalates unique or complex customer issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution when necessary

Generates potential solutions to customer issues

Provides feedback regarding current corporate practices and metrics to support process efficiencies

Performs other duties as assigned
