Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications
Build performant, accessible UIs using React and Tailwind CSS
Develop and scale backend services using Node.js and Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on technical solutions
Apply AI/ML models or services to enhance product functionality
Ensure high standards for code quality, security, and performance
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision-making
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in web development/software engineering
Expert-level experience with React, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and Ruby on Rails
Strong understanding of full stack architecture and RESTful APIs
Experience working with AI/ML systems (model integration, inference, or applied ML)
Proficiency with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
