Responsibilities

Provide quality service to a book of existing personal lines customers

Speak with clients, prospects, co-workers, management, underwriters, and other industry professionals

Handle the fast-paced daily workflow of quoting and processing of new and renewal business, billing, claims, policy changes, logging activities and suspense

Current P&C insurance license

At least 2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service to personal insurance clients
