Residential Administrative Assistant II
Father Joe's Villages is committed to supporting clients through effective residential services. The Residential Administrative Assistant II plays a vital role in training and onboarding staff while assisting the Residential Manager with administrative tasks to ensure program functionality and compliance.

Responsibilities
Maintains tracking systems for various program details, to include budgetary limits, staff training logs, client surveys and Time and Activity forms
Schedules all meetings and creates agendas on behalf of the Residential Manager and communicates with HR to review resumes and schedule interviews as needed to ensure low vacancy rates in shelter staffing pattern
Maintains and purchases necessary programmatic items to ensure the highest quality services to those in our program, while also monitoring equipment list for funders
Ensures that all new hires are ready and equipped with necessary documentation, trainings, understanding of the programs and populations served, uniforms are ordered, and the POC person for new hires to address any questions or concerns as it relates to these items
Ensures that intake documentation and waitlists are properly reviewed and monitored
Ensures that all reports regardless of frequency are reviewed, and completed before deadline
Reviews and monitors CSTAR data, and ensures that quality data is entered into the system and trains staff as needed to ensure the highest level of data is entered
Creates and posts relevant updates, changes and events for the clients in the program
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or GED
At least one year of office experience required
Basic Computer skills and understanding of MS Office
Participate in an annual Tuberculosis screening and/or other screenings when necessary
Preferred
At least 6 months of social services experience preferred
