Responsibilities

Lead and oversee regional and multi-unit operations teams, including Regional Directors, Area Managers, and General Managers
Drive company-wide operational strategy to improve sales, profitability, and guest experience
Own and influence operational P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, service, and cleanliness across all locations
Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and KPIs to support growth and operational efficiency
Partner cross-functionally with culinary, marketing, HR, finance, and development teams
Build strong leadership pipelines through coaching, succession planning, and talent development
Oversee new restaurant openings, market expansion, and operational integration
Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety, and labor regulations
Serve as a senior leader and culture champion, setting the tone for accountability and excellence

Required

10+ years of progressive hospitality operations experience
Minimum 5+ years in a senior multi-unit or executive operations role
Proven success leading large teams and managing multi-unit P&L
Experience in full-service, fast-casual, or QSR restaurant brands
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

Background in high-growth or multi-concept restaurant organizations
Experience leading change management and operational scaling initiatives
