Responsibilities

Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive communication and engagement plans that support key milestones throughout the SAP program lifecycle
Creating communication materials
Managing communication channels
Coordinating leadership messaging
Developing engagement initiatives that build stakeholder awareness and readiness
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand impacts
Ensure consistent messaging
Deliver targeted communications for specific groups
Managing communication calendars
Conducting feedback assessments
Supporting change‑related events
Advising executives on communication strategies that drive transparency and engagement

Qualification

Required

Significant experience leading communications for large‑scale transformation or SAP programs
Strong ability to translate complex technical and business information into clear, actionable messaging
Experience developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies across diverse stakeholder groups
Proficiency in creating communication materials such as executive briefings, newsletters, presentations, and FAQs
Ability to manage communication channels and coordinate messaging across multiple workstreams
Strong stakeholder‑management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and facilitation skills
Familiarity with Organizational Change Management principles and program governance structures
