Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for all Organizational Change Management activities related to large-scale SAP programs
Ensure the organization is fully prepared for new processes, technologies, and operating models introduced through SAP transformations
Guide executive stakeholders, partner with business and technical teams, and oversee the delivery of change strategies that drive adoption, build capability, and minimize disruption
Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive change-management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training programs, organizational readiness, and change impact assessments
Collaborate closely with business leaders and project teams to identify change implications, manage resistance, and ensure alignment with transformation goals
Manage OCM resources, ensuring consistent adoption approaches across workstreams
Develop executive communication materials, conduct readiness assessments, and support the organization through go-live and stabilization
Track and report change metrics and drive continuous improvement in change-management practices
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience leading Organizational Change Management for complex SAP programs
Strong understanding of SAP‑enabled business process changes across functional areas
Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies, communications, and training plans
Experience conducting change impact assessments and organizational readiness reviews
Ability to influence and engage senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with experience managing OCM teams and coordinating multiple workstreams
Expertise in stakeholder analysis, resistance management, and adoption measurement
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills suitable for all organizational levels
