Responsibilities
Ensure stock levels are accurate and that products are distributed in a timely manner to meet the demands of customers worldwide
Develop and implement strategies to manage inventory efficiently
Analyze data to predict future inventory needs
Continuously looking for ways to improve inventory management processes
Ensure that all inventory management practices adhere to international regulations and standards
Work with various departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align inventory management with overall business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain and 7+ years of related experience
Previous supervisor experience in hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members required
Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
Proficient in order processing systems and warehouse management systems
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively to groups of employees
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in standard and non-standard situations
Travel will be up to 50%
