Responsibilities
Full responsibility for daily manufacturing operations —schedule, output, quality, and efficiency
Driving on-time delivery while maintaining strict quality and safety standards
Leading, hiring, developing, and holding production teams accountable for performance
Identifying bottlenecks, fixing broken processes, and implementing Lean improvements
Partnering directly with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warehouse to keep production moving
Using data and KPIs to make decisions, not guesses, and reporting directly to leadership
Reducing cost, waste, and downtime—continuously
Qualification
Required
5+ years leading production or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment
A manager who is comfortable on the floor, not stuck behind a desk
Strong command of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational metrics
Confident decision-maker who can prioritize, execute, and course-correct quickly
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
Preferred
Experience working in regulated or precision manufacturing environments
ERP system experience (you understand how production data actually flows)
Lean / Six Sigma certification
Background in electromechanical assembly
