Responsibilities

Research, track, and monitor client and regional commitments, goals, and expectations

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and performance drivers

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production and quality goals are on track

Use data and analysis to proactively identify risks and potential performance issues

Create reports and analysis to support operational and business decision-making

Partner with Production Managers, Network, and Operation teams on cross-functional initiatives

Assist in the development of client-facing deliverables based on data analysis and findings

Respond to data requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely manner

Support process improvement efforts through data-driven insights and recommendations

Required

3–5 years of experience in an analyst, operations, production, or data support role

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

Ability to analyze and interpret operational metrics and performance data

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support shared priorities

Ability to travel occasionally, as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field

Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology organizations

Experience supporting production, operations, capacity, or resource management functions

Experience writing and optimizing queries (e.g., SQL or similar querying tools)

Familiarity with KPI development, reporting best practices, and dashboard creation

Experience developing client-facing reports, presentations, or deliverables
