They are currently hiring a Full-Time Court Support Customer Service Representative to perform on-site court support functions, assisting consumers and handling various administrative tasks in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist consumers at the front counter in a pleasant and professional manner

Determine what action is to be taken to bring delinquent accounts to conclusion

Interface and assist in the day-to-day requests, questions or problems over the phone or in person, from clients and staff

Assist in the processing and balancing of all funds received in the Court. Interface balancing process as established with the San Diego, CA office

Responsible for the handling and safekeeping of the money they are receiving at the court locations and that the safe must be kept locked at all times

Document and complete all correspondence and adjustments in a timely manner

Work support desks, skip tracing desks or collection desks as assigned

Immediately contact management or the human resources department if there are any non- compliance issues, questionable activities or inappropriate actions taken by any staff
