Account Executive - US market (f/m/d)

Responsibilities
Own and scale a high-potential sales pipeline, fueled by both targeted outbound efforts and a strong stream of existing inbound leads
Run the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts
Capitalize on existing U.S. traction, accelerating deals in a market where interest and demand are already proven
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position deskbird as the go-to solution for modern, hybrid workplaces
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influence buying decisions at scale
Consistently exceed revenue targets by executing smart, data-driven outbound and account strategies
Play a foundational role in building deskbird’s U.S. presence, helping shape processes, messaging, and ultimately the future U.S. sales team
Work closely with leadership to help build and scale a world-class U.S. go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on outbound
A proven track record of pipeline generation and closing both outbound and high-velocity inbound deals
Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market customers
High ownership mentality - you thrive in environments where you build, iterate, and move fast
A passion for outbound sales, business development, and winning competitive deals
