Soffit and fascia installation
Aluminum wrapping and exterior trim
Occasional fiber cement, wood, or multi-trade exterior projects
Supporting insurance restoration and retail exterior work
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license (not expired)
Social Security card or FEIN letter (matching your entity name)
Signed W-9
Proof of active General Liability ($1M / $2M aggregate) and Workers' Compensation ($1M) coverage
Signed OSHA Compliance Agreement
Must have your own tools, safety gear, and reliable transportation
