The United States Tennis Association (USTA) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and is dedicated to promoting its growth. The UX Design Intern will contribute to enhancing user experiences across various USTA digital platforms by conducting user research, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with design teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations

Analyze website performance metrics to identify pain points and opportunities

Collaborate with UX designers and developers in daily standups and project meetings

Create wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions using Figma

Assist in designing scalable UI components aligned with the USTA design system

Support usability testing efforts using tools such as UserTesting.com and HotJar

Contribute insights and documentation to help guide design decisions across web and mobile applications
