Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional customer experience
Treat/spray all necessary areas of properties on day-to-day routes
Gather/mix all products needed for the day
Keep track of KPIs and manage time appropriately
Complete Enhancements if needed/if time allows (aeration, aeration/overseeding, etc)
Qualification
Required
Those whom cannot comfortably operate a zero turn type machine need not apply
Passion for working in the green industry
Ability to comfortably use apps on company phone/tablet
Previous experience in the turf care industry
Previous experience operating a zero-turn type machine
Time management skills
Ability to follow directions and take pride in your work
Self-motivated and driven
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
Efficient and Detail Oriented
Applicants should not be impaired by recreational drugs, as the team works with dangerous equipment. We drug test before work starts and randomly after that. A thorough national background check will be performed, and applicants with a criminal history should disclose it during the phone interview
Preferred
Previous experience with ride on sprayer sprayers is a plus
Knowledge of small engine maintenance is a plus
Knowledge of turf care treatments and standard practices is a plus
