Senior Support Engineer
Talently is hiring on behalf of a client who is a leader in automotive technology, providing premium aftermarket solutions. The Senior Customer Support Engineer is responsible for delivering advanced technical support to customers using aftermarket automotive infotainment systems and managing complex inbound support inquiries.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support via phone and email for hardware and software-related issues
Troubleshoot installation, configuration, connectivity, and system performance problems
Support customers with software updates, diagnostics, and technical guidance
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers of varying technical skill levels
Collaborate with internal teams, including international engineering partners, on complex or escalated issues
Document solutions and contribute to internal technical knowledge bases
Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing multiple support cases concurrently
Adhere to scheduled support hours, including rotating Saturday coverage
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical, IT, or hardware support role
Demonstrated experience providing technical customer support
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a customer-facing environment
Hands-on experience with IT systems, electronics, hardware troubleshooting, or automotive technology
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones
Preferred
Background in electronics, automotive systems, or technical tinkering
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Adaptable and excited to grow within a fast-scaling organization
