NEOGOV is seeking an Interim RN Program Director at Southern Arkansas University Tech. The role involves overseeing the RN program, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting faculty, and addressing student concerns while maintaining program quality and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the RN program, ensuring compliance with state board regulations either in person or via zoom
Assist with curriculum delivery, course scheduling, and clinical placement coordination, if needed
Support full-time RN nursing faculty
Serve as a point of contact for RN students regarding academic concerns, grievances, and progression
Maintain program compliance with Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN) and SAU Tech policies
Ensure curriculum alignment with the NCLEX test plan, current evidence-based practice, and program outcomes
Continuing support of student handbooks, program policies, and faculty procedures as needed
Liaise with the Vice Chancellor of Academics, clinical partners, and other departments
Support initiatives related to program improvement, strategic planning, and innovation in nursing education
