Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all aspects of the application software and back-end database(s)

Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and innovation to align processes with business objectives

Works with the user community to enhance processes and recommend areas for process improvement

Configures the production systems to meet the specific needs of the organization, including generating reports and dashboards for data analysis, decision-making, workflow automation, user interfaces, and other software integrations

Maintains comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes

Monitors system performance and resolve issues in a timely manner

Provides technical support to end-users, addressing issues, and helping them effectively utilize the system

Manages user access and permissions across all systems, ensuring appropriate levels of access for different roles

Identifies opportunities for process improvements and recommends system enhancements to optimize business operations

Other responsibilities as assigned by management
