Pacer ETFs is seeking an ETF Investment Research & Solutions Associate to support the investment positioning, research, and client-facing strategy of their ETFs. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver insights and materials that enhance the ETF lineup and support client interactions.

Responsibilities

Work with Marketing to create and maintain fund materials , including fact sheets, reports, presentations, and brochures
Support Sales and Distribution through competitive analysis , including:
Comparing Pacer ETFs to peers
Identifying product differentiation and positioning
Provide performance attribution, portfolio positioning, and market outlooks for client and sales conversations
Produce internal and external research, commentary, and investment insights on ETF strategies and portfolios
Support key account teams with due diligence, onboarding, and client requests
Prepare board materials and compliance reporting related to ETF strategies
Update and maintain SMA strategies and model portfolios across multiple distribution platforms
Maintain strategy, performance, and portfolio data used by sales, marketing, and reporting systems
Partner with Portfolio Managers to communicate investment philosophy, process, and portfolio positioning

Required

2-3 years of experience in investment research, portfolio strategy, or ETF product management
Strong understanding of equity markets, portfolio construction, and ETF structures
Experience producing investment research, performance analysis, and client materials
Proficiency with FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Excel
Ability to communicate complex investment ideas clearly to sales teams and clients
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
