Assist with file organization and clean-up

Assist with creating service bulletins for warehouse automation machines

Gather information from specs, illustrations, schematics, Atlassian programs, and conversations with SMEs and Technical Trainers

Assist with manual updates

Assist with Jira tracking and updates

Perform peer reviews to ensure writing adheres to standards and styles

Attend engineering meetings to learn about communication with SMEs
