Edit high-quality long-form YouTube videos and short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
Transform raw footage into engaging stories with sharp pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects
Collaborate with content strategists, producers, and social media managers to align editing with content goals and platform trends
Maintain and elevate visual storytelling that reflects the brand’s voice and tone
Repurpose webinar/podcast/event recordings into snackable clips for wider reach
Implement SEO and thumbnail best practices for YouTube videos
Stay updated with platform-specific trends, editing styles, and algorithm changes
Qualification
Required
Creative and highly skilled in video editing
Deep understanding of editing for YouTube and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to craft compelling visual stories
Experience in repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form clips
Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs
