Information Technology
Responsibilities
Coordinate invoice processing and approvals through DocuSign
Create and manage purchase orders using Paragon
Assist with supply ordering and vendor coordination
Schedule and organize meetings for the leadership team
Support general administrative tasks and documentation
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Serve as a liaison between departments and accounts payable
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High level of professionalism and discretion
Ability to learn new systems quickly (Paragon and DocuSign experience a plus, but not required)
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Interest in IT or healthcare administration is a plus
Preferred
Recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
Familiarity with administrative tools and office software
Experience in a healthcare or IT environment is a bonus
