Responsibilities

PLAN AND COORDINATE TRAINING
Develop the overall training strategy for the SAP S/4HANA implementation
Manage scheduling, logistics, and timelines of training delivery
DEVELOP TRAINING CONTENT
Create user guides, e-learning modules, presentations, and other materials tailored to various roles and skill levels
DELIVER TRAINING
Conduct training sessions via instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced e-learning methods
TRACK PROGRESS AND REPORT
Monitor training activities against the project plan
Collect feedback and report key training metrics to leadership
COLLABORATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS
Work closely with project managers, functional leads, and change management teams to align training with broader project goals
SUPPORT END-USERS
Assist users during and after go-live with questions and troubleshooting

Qualification

Required

Deep understanding of SAP (functional and technical; S/4HANA key)
Proven experience designing and delivering user-role-specific training programs that drive business value
Fiori UX Mastery: Experience guiding users on modern SAP Fiori UIs (Fiori, Personas, etc.)
Embedded Analytics: Ability to train users on real-time dashboards and reports using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Project Management: Strong ability to manage resources, timelines, and stakeholders
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating across functional and technical teams
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong scheduling and documentation skills
Adaptability: Able to adjust plans as needed and navigate challenges in a dynamic environment
Technical Aptitude: Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools
