Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to complex Pega design and development projects
Apply Pega architecture, security frameworks, and service interfaces
Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
Ensure systems are scalable, reusable, and maintainable
Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues
Monitor and optimize system performance
Collaborate with development, testing, and support teams
Provide end-user and emergency production support as needed
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of hands-on experience with Pega (7/8/24)
Strong background in Pega application development or systems analysis
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in SQL, web technologies, and RDBMS
Ability to debug Spring Boot microservices
Strong system analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Pega CLSA certification
Experience with Selenium automation testing
SME-level expertise in a specific application area
