Responsibilities

Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of the organization

Handle all day-to-day shipping functions, packaging, labeling, contact Freight Forwarders for pickups

Packing products for shipment to customers, producing the documentation that is required for export compliance

Responsible for Receiving Production, Expense, RMA (Returned Material), and Virtual items

Participate in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality

Monitor key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals

Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to the manager

Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned

Required

US Citizenship/Permanent US Residency Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with cross functional team members

5 + years of industry experience in warehousing / shipping/receiving / distribution

Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and internal customers, and has a results-based mindset and proven track record of success

International and freight forwarding shipping experience. Familiarity with Export regulations and has had Dangerous goods certification or is willing to get certified. Has experience filing with AES for international shipments

Experience working with an ERP System as well as Agile

Minimum 5 years working knowledge of UPS and FedEx online shipping system

Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

Work well under pressure and daily deadlines

HS Diploma or equivalent experience
