Responsibilities
Operate equipment including forklifts and other machinery to execute tasks such as stowing, scanning, picking, packing, loading, unloading, inspecting, and auditing items with a focus on safety, care, and precision
Maintain material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and reporting any issues to the supervisor and maintenance team
Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in order processing
Uphold high-quality standards in the handling and packaging of products
Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements
Consistently meet deadlines, showcasing dependability and consistency in tasks and responsibilities
Perform various duties as assigned, including flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours when necessary to support business needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in forklift or other equipment operation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform frequent reaching, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hand-held scanners
Honest and possesses the highest integrity
Dedicated to maintaining quality and high standards
Supportive of company values, policies, and procedures
Positive, ambitious, energetic, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
A team player with exceptional communication skills, well-organized, and possesses an eye for detail
