Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a TPgM organization. Drive a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations for excellence and ensuring the team is focused on our most critical engineering and product priorities
Drive the execution strategy for critical AI launches and top-priority initiatives
Build the trust and mechanisms required to operate as a proactive, high-leverage partner. Work with VPs of Engineering and Product Management to identify risks early, rebalance resources, and ensure commitment integrity
Oversee Chrome's release management. Lead initiatives to adopt AI tooling and optimize core workflows (e.g., Taskflow, bug management, portfolio management) to increase legibility and enable faster decision making and launches

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in technical program management or a related role within a software development environment
10 years of experience in people management, including experience managing managers

Preferred

Experience managing complex cross-functional relationships across distinct business units or product areas
Experience driving improvements in execution, velocity, and quality
Proven track record of leading large-scale organizations and cultivating a culture of high performance, strategic impact, and professional growth
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift to capture emerging technical and strategic opportunities
Technical fluency in AI/LLM development cycles and experience managing programs in high-ambiguity AI environments
