Participates in driving productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction for assigned customer(s) through the order life cycle
Partners with branch service teams to manage resources to meet contractual obligations
Provides accurate and prompt order management
Implements short and long range account plans to achieve management, financial, and customer objectives
Will answer phones
Schedule inspections with both our internal staff and customers and submit compliance documents
Qualification
Required
2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4 Years suggested minimum experience
Strong hold on work with admin experience and computer skills
Role is for in office, will be from 8-5pm Mon-Friday
Possibility of occasional overtime as needed
