Responsibilities

Drive overall migration strategy and execution

Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, timelines, and governance structures

Engage with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the migration lifecycle

Manage relationships with SAP, system integrators, and third-party vendors

Oversee communication and training plans for smooth adoption

Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements

Required

8+ years in program/project management with at least 3+ years leading SAP migration or implementation programs

Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture, modules, and migration methodologies

Awareness of SAP module integration and cross-functional impacts

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to executive leadership

PMP or SAP-related certifications preferred

Preferred

Industry experience similar to our business is a plus

Experience with SAP Activate methodology

Knowledge of data migration strategies and integration with third-party systems

Background in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing processes
