They are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their Atlanta, GA office, focusing on designing electrical building systems for various projects and developing electrical construction documents in Revit.

Responsibilities

Power distribution, including riser diagrams and panel schedules

Low voltage infrastructure design for IT and security systems

Lighting design, including fixture selection and controls; and lighting calculations

Low-voltage systems including fire alarm, security and controls

Calculate loads, fault current, and voltage drop

Performing field surveys and construction phase support

Required

Proven experience designing electrical building systems for higher education, laboratory, public safety, hospitality, and/or healthcare projects using AutoCAD and Revit

Strong, hands-on experience developing electrical construction documents in Revit

Experience with power distribution, including riser diagrams and panel schedules

Experience with low voltage infrastructure design for IT and security systems

Experience with lighting design, including fixture selection and controls; and lighting calculations

Experience with low-voltage systems including fire alarm, security and controls

Ability to calculate loads, fault current, and voltage drop

Experience performing field surveys and construction phase support

Preferred

One optional remote day per week
