Knownwell is a dynamic company changing the way obesity care is delivered. They are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Practice Manager to lead all aspects of their operations in New York, focusing on patient experience, team performance, and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful launch of the New York clinic, including site preparation, staff onboarding, and workflow implementation

Hire, train, and manage a team of front office and clinical support staff. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassionate care

Build and refine processes and technology workflows that enable consistent, high-quality, and efficient service delivery

Own clinic-level operational metrics and financials; use data to track performance, identify trends, and take actions that will drive clinic financial results

Partner with Operations leadership and Finance to develop market budgets and forecasts, and prioritize the initiatives that will drive performance

Collaborate with our Marketing & Provider Relations teams to support referral relationship development and grow our patient panel in the market

Flexibly support Medical Assistants and administrative responsibilities as needed, especially during early clinic operations

Ensure full compliance with internal policies, HIPAA, and all federal, state, and local regulations
