Service and install computer equipment by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems while providing excellent customer service and meeting service level commitments

Adhere to all compliance processes and procedures

Self-manage workload, overtime, inventory, and all administrative functions

Maintain up to date knowledge of all technology, processes, policies, and procedures

Required

1-3 years of hands-on technical knowledge and experience, along with strong customer service skills

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and deploy computer hardware and peripherals, POS systems, networking, and printer equipment, including lifting and moving laser printers, servers, and other heavy equipment up to 30lbs, and 80lbs with assistance, and occasionally working on a ladder

A valid Driver's License, with no major violations, and a reliable, personal vehicle to drive between work sites

Strong attentional to detail and ability to multitask

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
