Administrative Coordinator-Managed Care

They are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Managed Care Team, managing complex interactions and overseeing contract lifecycle management, credentialing, and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed
Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials
Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence
Provides support to office assistants as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience
No supervisor experience
