Administrative Coordinator-Managed Care
BJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, delivering services to residents primarily in the greater St. Louis region. They are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Managed Care Team, managing complex interactions and overseeing contract lifecycle management, credentialing, and compliance tasks.
Responsibilities
Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed
Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials
Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence
Provides support to office assistants as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience
No supervisor experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
