Responsibilities

Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs to include benefits administration, and leave; employment relations to include disputes and investigations; compliance and audit for all regions

Monitor changes within our global regions and US federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and Recommend best practices; Regular reviews of policies and practices to maintain compliance; Partner with Legal to process Work Authorization applications

Partner with Global EORs as needed to administer benefits and compliance

Run reports and/or trends as it relates to benefits, leave, and compliance

Handle employment-related inquiries from team members, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate department leader

Maintain knowledge of global HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law

Help with coordination of onsite and/or offsite social events on an as needed basis

Perform other duties as assigned and support other departments as needed
