Vice President of Commercial Operations
Strativ Group is a venture-backed stealth AI superintelligence startup focused on building AI systems with general physical abilities. The VP of Commercial Operations will be responsible for creating and scaling relationships with key industry partners and customers while developing and executing commercial strategies to support the company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic relationships across a range of industries and technical domains
Develop customer and partner programs, guiding them from exploration through to execution
Support investor relations and contribute to overall capital strategy
Drive commercial and operational processes that enable early revenue and long-term customer success
Contribute broadly across business functions as the company scales
Qualification
Required
Strong network across relevant industries, customers, and investment groups
Experience forming strategic partnerships or commercial programs in deep tech, frontier tech, or high-growth environments
Proven ability to build credibility and trust with C-level and VP-level executives at leading companies (e.g., Pfizer, TSMC, BMW)
Ability to work effectively across finance, operations, legal, and commercial execution
Clear, concise communicator who can operate effectively with both technical and executive teams
Comfortable shaping new processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
