They are seeking a Creative Project Manager with strong UGC video production experience to manage paid social creative production, focusing on performance marketing and collaboration with various creative teams.

Responsibilities

Own paid social creative production end-to-end, from concept ideation to final asset delivery

Develop and pitch data-driven creative concepts aligned with performance goals

Brief, coordinate, and manage creative teams (copywriters, designers, editors, producers)

Lead UGC video production, including creator sourcing, coordination, feedback, and revisions

Manage creators, actors, influencers, contracts, and payments

Prepare and organize scripts and assets for video shoots (no script writing required)

Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget

Collaborate closely with media buyers, brand managers, and creative strategists

Use performance data (CTR, retention, CPA, etc.) to guide testing, iteration, and optimization

Oversee external suppliers and production partners as needed
