Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain residential and commercial buildings. The role involves conducting preventative maintenance inspections, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring that mechanical systems function properly.

Responsibilities

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, including:

Painting

Plumbing

Electrical work

Mechanical systems

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)

Painting/Drywall

Grounds maintenance

Access small spaces measuring 18 inches by 18 inches

Ensure that mechanical equipment and systems are functioning properly and perform repairs as needed

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with property managers, vendors, and customers

Engage in constant movement, including standing, walking, bending, and stretching throughout shifts

Lift, push, and pull weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds

Walk and stand for extended periods and bend frequently during the shift

Create and maintain work orders. Create and maintain purchase orders

Complete any additional maintenance-related tasks as assigned by the HBM supervisor or property management
