Responsibilities
Support the founding team in running growth and GTM experiments that drives user acquisition and engagement
Assist with initiatives that improve onboarding, activation, and retention for students and organizers
Help develop and iterate on growth playbooks, messaging, and distribution channels
Build hands-on growth skills through real experiments, data, and feedback loops
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trends, and make data-driven decisions
Effective Communication abilities, including verbal and written skills to collaborate with teams and engage stakeholders
Experience with Growth Hacking techniques to identify and implement innovative opportunities for scaling and growth
Proficiency in Sales strategies and building client relationships
Effective Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute growth initiatives
Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment
