Project Manager
ATC is seeking a results-oriented, adaptable Certified Project Manager III to lead enterprise-wide business intelligence, data warehousing, and software/application development initiatives. The role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with various agencies, and ensuring successful delivery through full lifecycle project management.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent projects and collaborate with other project managers within DCF, as well as partner agencies such as the Department of Administration (DOA) and the Department of Health Services (DHS)
Solve complex technical and business problems, evaluate alternative solutions, conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives
Build and direct cross-functional teams, establish project standards and methodologies, develop documentation frameworks, and support data quality and reporting initiatives
Research emerging technologies and contribute to business cases for enterprise solutions
Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of industry-standard project management methodologies and reporting (12+ years)
PMP or similar industry-standard certification (required at time of submission)
Project management experience managing large, complex initiatives (12+ years)
Experience managing multiple in-flight business intelligence, data warehousing, and application development projects simultaneously
Change management (5+ years)
Scope and risk management (12+ years)
In-depth knowledge of SDLC deliverables across all phases
Development of project artifacts (charters, plans, schedules, status reports)
Group facilitation and stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to promote understanding and cooperation across organizations
Technical writing and documentation experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Requirements gathering and requirements analysis
Data analysis experience
Data warehouse design and development
Data warehouse requirements gathering
Informatica experience
Business intelligence tools (Business Objects or equivalent)
User testing, system testing, and user acceptance test planning
Customer service and relationship management experience
MS Office (Excel, Outlook, general productivity tools)
All work must be performed within Wisconsin
Candidate must be physically located within the United States
No visa sponsorship is available
On-call hours and occasional weekend coverage may be required
Background check required; fingerprinting if applicable
Criminal background check and security training required
Candidate must sign all onboarding documentation
1960 hours annually (prorated first year)
