New Grad, Entry LevelPensacola MESS Hall is seeking a Part-Time Program Assistant to assist with field trips and outreach programs. The role involves engaging with visitors and students, providing information about exhibits, and maintaining the program's activities.

Responsibilities
Assists visitors and students with activities in a friendly and positive manner
Provides knowledgeable answers to inquiries about the exhibits, activities, and programs
Provides general upkeep and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Some college work in science, math, engineering or education
Must be available most weekday mornings
Occasional availability in afternoons, evenings, school vacations, and weekends
Enthusiasm for the delivery of hands-on programs in science, engineering, math and technology is essential
Must show a considerable degree of creativity and initiative, and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
As a representative of the MESS Hall, must be able to communicate effectively with students, visitors and community organizations
Dependable and flexible with work schedule and duties
Must pass Level II background check and have an acceptable driving record
This job requires a large range of physical abilities, including lifting things of up to 25 lbs., standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, manual dexterity, crouching, and full vision, hearing, and speech
