Source top candidates for roles in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and AI
Use LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting tools to identify and engage talent
Build relationships with candidates, understanding their goals and motivations
Support them through the recruitment process from first call to placement
Work closely with business development consultants to align on live roles and market insights
Qualification
Required
No prior recruitment experience needed
Ability to source top candidates for roles in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and AI
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting tools to identify and engage talent
Ability to build relationships with candidates, understanding their goals and motivations
Support candidates through the recruitment process from first call to placement
Work closely with business development consultants to align on live roles and market insights
