Evaluate AI models used in underwriting, claims processing, risk assessment, pricing, policy retention & renewals
Identify gaps, biases, and improvement areas in AI outputs
Ensure alignment with insurance regulations, compliance standards, and customer experience
Define evaluation metrics and success criteria for AI performance
Support data labeling and contextualization with insurance-specific insights
Contribute to Explainable AI (XAI) initiatives
Stay updated on evolving insurance regulations and AI use cases
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in insurance (underwriting, claims, risk modeling, product, etc.)
Strong understanding of insurance operations, policies, and regulatory frameworks
Experience working in AI-driven or tech-enabled environments
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
Mandatory Hands-On Experience: AI Modeling
Mandatory Hands-On Experience: Rubrics creation / evaluation
Mandatory Hands-On Experience: Large Language Models (LLMs)
Mandatory Hands-On Experience: Data Annotation
Mandatory Hands-On Experience: Prompt Engineering
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field
