Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with advertising and marketing agencies
Work from a database of warm leads (no cold calling)
Consult with agencies to understand their clients’ goals
Quote, present, and sell direct mail campaigns that agencies resell to their clients
Act as a trusted partner—helping agencies win and retain their own clients
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and able to carry a conversation with anyone
Comfortable with technology and learning new software
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively without stress
Persistent and able to get things done despite obstacles
Excellent team player who is willing to help others as needed
Motivated by the opportunity to earn significant income
Preferred
Experience selling over the phone is a plus, but not required
