Sonova Group is seeking a Procurement Manager Marketing - Indirect Spend to join their dynamic team in Chicago. This role is integral to managing indirect spend across North America, focusing on procurement strategies, supplier relations, and cost-effective purchasing.

Responsibilities

Develop and adapt procurement strategies based on market trends and indirect spend categories

Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts and terms

Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor procurement performance metrics

Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement with departmental and business goals

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal standards

Lead end-to-end procurement projects and resolve process challenges

Communicate procurement plans and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership

Required

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
