Postdoctoral Researcher

Responsibilities
Conduct independent and collaborative research on cancer care innovations, including but not limited to novel therapeutic strategies, diagnostic tools, and patient management systems
Design and implement experiments, analyze complex data sets, and interpret results to advance the understanding of cancer treatment and care
Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals, present research findings at conferences, and contribute to grant applications and proposals
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, engineers, and data scientists to integrate research findings into practical applications
Provide guidance and support to junior researchers and graduate students, fostering a collaborative and productive research environment
Stay abreast of the latest developments in cancer research and contribute to the development and refinement of innovative approaches and technologies
Qualification
Required
An M.D. or Ph.D. in Public Health, Health Services Research, Social Sciences, or related fields
Experience with or strong interest in mixed methods research, including the integration of quantitative and qualitative data
Training in or an interest in learning cancer research
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Collaborative skills and the ability to work in a team
Ability to perform self-directed and guided research
A passion for advancing cancer care through research and innovation is essential
