Responsibilities
Supports team development through performance reviews, skills assessments, and feedback
Supervises craft workers, superintendents, and other assigned staff
Helps the proposal team with planning for site layout, logistics, and workflow
Assists with staffing plans and workforce planning
Provides guidance to ensure effective craft supervision and coordination
Identifies how many workers are needed for the job
Prepares progress reports and forecasts for labor and costs
Monitors the use of tools and equipment on site
Requests tools and consumable materials needed by the workforce
Helps review and recommend tools and equipment during project planning and proposal stages
Ensures work follows safety rules, quality standards, and contract requirements
Makes sure company and project policies are followed
Monitors work to confirm it meets quality expectations
Works with engineers, foremen, and craft workers to understand drawings and technical documents
Coordinates technical solutions with subcontractors and field teams
Supports the proposal team by helping develop technical and construction-related documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 13–15 years of experience
17–19 years of relevant construction experience without a degree
Previous experience as a Superintendent on combined cycle power projects
Preferred
Experience working on U.S. projects with both direct-hire and subcontracted labor
