Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs
Develop and implement creative and effective litigation strategies
Collaborate with clients and internal legal teams to achieve favorable outcomes
Manage discovery, motion practice, and case preparation responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration
Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills
Self-starter with the ability to handle sophisticated and complex casework
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission
Graduated from a top-tier law school or ranked at the top of the class
Florida Bar admission or eligibility required
Excellent academic credentials
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trial-focused environment
Preferred
Interest in international disputes is a plus
Federal judicial clerkship experience is advantageous
