Responsibilities
Attend class hours of an assigned MGA math course on a weekly basis
Speak with the course instructor of the assigned course on a weekly basis
Offer students in class assistance where appropriate as determined by the course instructor
Assist students with learning platforms such as ALEKS and D2L
Assist students with technology such as the TI-84 calculator
Assist students with study techniques, note taking, and scheduling
Maximum of 2.5 hours per week
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled student in at least 6 credit hours at Middle Georgia State University
Current GPA of at least 3.00
Concurrently employed as a MARC tutor
Good communication skills
Comfortable with basic technology
