Inside Sales Representative

TengoInternet is a values-driven organization that helps campgrounds, RV resorts, and marinas deliver reliable outdoor Wi-Fi. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to blend inbound lead response with outbound prospecting, providing mentorship to grow into a full-cycle sales professional.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries from RV parks and related properties
Make outbound calls/emails (100+ touches weekly) to generate new opportunities
Qualify needs and recommend solutions
Manage leads and opportunities in our CRM
Participate in coaching and apply Sandler consultative sales methods
Help improve messaging and process

Required

Must live within 1 hour of San Antonio, TX (Austin also considered)
2–4 years of sales, customer service, SDR, or BDR experience
Someone seeking an opportunity, not a stopgap or place to retire
Coachable, humble, curious, hungry
Comfortable making outbound calls
Strong communicator AND listener
Organized and accountable
Self-motivated and team-oriented
Wants a path, not a paycheck

Preferred

Telecom/internet/tech experience
CRM familiarity
Small-business or property-management experience
