Kforce Inc is seeking a Lead SAP BDC Architect who will serve as the technical and strategic lead for the design, rollout, and optimization of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud across the enterprise. This role is responsible for defining architecture standards, driving platform strategy, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing analytics solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
Lead hands-on design, development, and optimization of data models, views, and analytical content
Drive proofs of concept and pilots to validate architecture decisions and new SAP capabilities
Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling, performance, security, and governance
Partner with business, data, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Guide integration of SAP and non-SAP data sources into Datasphere
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design oversight to engineers and developers
Ensure alignment with enterprise data, analytics, and cloud strategies
Support release planning, environment strategy, and operational readiness for production
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve platform scalability, usability, and value
